An appeal to reverse or modify a Voluntary Arbitrator’s award or decision must be filed before the Court of Appeals within 10 calendar days from receipt of the award or decision.
 
This is a petition[1] for review on certiorari of the Court of Appeals’ decision[2] dated May 25, 2004, dismissing the Philippine Electric Corporation’s petition for certiorari for lack of merit.
