The opinion of Justice Makasiar speaking for the Court, comprehensive in scope, persuasive in character and lucid in expression, has much to recommend it. On the whole, I concur. I find difficulty, however, in accepting the conclusion that there is no basis for the challenge hurled against the validity of this provision: "No candidate for delegate to the Convention shall represent or allow himself to be represented as being a candidate of any political party or any other organization, and no political party, political group, political committee, civic, religious, professional, or...
