This Petition for Review on Certiorari[1] assails the November 30, 2010 Decision[2] of the Court of Appeals (CA) in CA-G.R. SP No. 111536 affirming the February 23, 2009 Decision[3] and August 4, 2009 Resolution[4] of the National Labor Relations Commission (NLRC), which granted respondents' appeal from the April 24, 2008 Decision[5] of the Labor Arbiter and ordered the dismissal of petitioners' complaint for illegal dismissal.
