This is an appeal[1] from the Decision[2] of the Court of Appeals dated May 29, 2009 in CA-G.R. CR.-H.C. No. 00063, which affirmed with modification the Decision[3] of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) of Carigara, Leyte finding accused-appellant Daniel Alcober guilty beyond reasonable doubt of the crime of rape.
