Begun and held in Metro Manila, on Monday, the twenty-third day of July, two thousand twelve.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1. Short Title. – This Act shall be known as the "Expanded Anti-Trafficking in Persons Act of 2012″.

Section 2. Section 2 of Republic Act No. 9208 is hereby amended to read as follows:
