This Petition for Review2 involves a dispute as to the validity of the closure of respondent Tritran, Inc. (Tritran) and the legality of the ensuing dismissal of petitioners, who were its former employees. Petitioners seek the reversal of the Decision3 and Resolution4 of the Court of Appeals (CA) in CA-G.R. SP No. 97788.
