At bench are two appeals[1] assailing the Decision[2] dated 22 March 2017 and Resolution[3] dated 19 October 2017 of the Court of Appeals (CA) in CA-G.R. CV No. 102462. The first appeal was filed by the Metropolitan Bank and Trust Company (Metrobank), while the second by the Bank of Commerce (Bankcom).
