I concur. This petition assailing the Decision[1] dated July 7, 2009 of the Court of Appeals (CA) which upheld the Rehabilitation Plan of respondent Fortuna Paper Mill & Packaging Corporation (Fortuna) should be dismissed on the ground of mootness in view of the termination of the rehabilitation proceedings before the Court could resolve the instant petition.
