The Case

This is a Petition for Review on Certiorari[1] under Rule 45 of the Rules of Court seeking to set aside the Decision[2] of the Court of Appeals (CA) in CA-G.R. SP No. 141100 promulgated on February 21, 2017 and its Resolution[3] dated January 11, 2018, affirming the Decision[4] of the National Labor Relations Commission (NLRC) rendered on December 18, 2014, which upheld the findings of the Labor Arbiter that the employees represented by the three petitioner unions were not illegally dismissed.
