PRESIDENTIAL COMMISSION ON GOOD GOVERNMENT, PETITIONER, VS. OFFICE OF THE OMBUDSMAN, ROBERTO V. ONGPIN, GERARDO AGULTO, JR., DOMINGO INGCO, BERNARDO M. VERGARA, FEDERICO SALCEDO AND MERLE JEAN O. DEEN, RESPONDENTS.

G.R. No. 212269 |

FIRST DIVISION

D E C I S I O N

HERNANDO, J.:

This Petition for Certiorari[1] under Rule 65 of the Rules of Court assails the August 24, 2012 Resolution[2] and the October 9, 2012 Order[3] of the Office of the Ombudsman [Ombudsman] in OMB-C-C-03-0425-H, which dismissed a complaint for violation of Section 3(e) and (g) of Republic Act No. 3019[4] or the Anti-Graft and Corrupt Practices Act. Petitioner Presidential Commission on Good Government (PCGG) contends that said issuances were tainted with grave abuse of discretion amounting to lack or excess of jurisdiction.
