Mariano Natividad, Uy San (alias Uy Chu King), and Marcos Enage, having been charged with the convicted of the crime of murder, the former two were sentenced by the Court of First Instance of Davao to reclusion perpetua, the latter, as accessory after the fact, to an indeterminate penalty of from six years of prision correccional to ten years of prision mayor, and the three of them to indemnify the heirs of the deceased Jesus Montojo in the sum of P1,000, with costs.
