IMPERIAL, J:

The appellant was charged with the crime of theft in the municipal court of the City of Manila. He pleaded not guilty, and after trial, was sentenced to one month and one day of imprisonment, to the additional penalty of four years, two months, and one day of imprisonment, to the additional penalty of four years, two months, and one day of imprisonment, and to indemnify the offended party in the sum of P13, with subsidiary imprisonment in case of insolvency. The information filed against him reads:
